​Home Safety Assessment - Our compassionate and knowledgeable therapists will come to your home to assess safety concerns, make recommendations for equipment and home modifications to maximize your safety and independence.

Placement Services - We realize sometimes it is no longer safe to stay in your current home. With over 20 years experience in senior care and extensive connections in our local community, we are the experts in helping clients and families make the difficult decision to transition to a safer home setting. You will have peace of mind knowing your therapist understands your individual needs and preferences and can assist you in finding the safest housing option.

Placement Services may help me if:

I no longer feel safe living by myself.

How it works:

Home Safety Assessments can be purchased out of pocket as one time visits, or may be covered by Medicare Part B if deemed medically necessary and ordered by your physician.

You will receive a written home safety plan as well as a list of resources to assist you in completing the recommendations.

If relocation is needed, placement services are available at no cost to you.
